1. Service Description
VozAI provides an AI-powered phone receptionist service that answers business calls in English and Spanish. The service includes call answering, transcription, call summaries, and a web dashboard for managing your AI receptionist.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use VozAI only for legitimate business purposes. You may not use the service for:
- Illegal activities or fraud.
- Harassment, spam, or unsolicited calls.
- Misrepresenting the AI as a human when directly asked.
- Collecting sensitive health information without proper compliance measures.
3. Billing and Cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your service remains active until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. The 14-day free trial does not require a credit card.
4. Service Level
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. VozAI is an AI service and may occasionally provide incorrect or unexpected responses. You acknowledge that AI-generated responses may not always be perfect and agree to monitor call quality through the dashboard.
5. Your Responsibilities
- Providing accurate business information for the AI to use.
- Monitoring call transcripts for quality.
- Complying with local call recording and disclosure laws.
- Keeping your account credentials secure.
6. Limitation of Liability
VozAI is provided "as is." We are not liable for lost business, missed calls due to service outages, or any actions taken by callers based on AI-generated responses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the previous 3 months.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
