  • Account information: email address and name when you sign up.
  • Business information: business name, address, phone number, hours, services, and FAQ content you provide during setup.
  • Call data: incoming caller phone numbers, call duration, call transcripts, and language detected.
  • Payment information: processed securely by Stripe. We never store your credit card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and improve the AI receptionist service.
  • To generate call transcripts and summaries for your dashboard.
  • To detect caller language and route calls appropriately.
  • To send you call notifications and billing communications.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secured, privately-hosted infrastructure located in the United States. Call records are automatically deleted after 90 days. We use API key authentication, input validation, and encrypted connections to protect your data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with:

  • Twilio: phone call routing and delivery.
  • Stripe: payment processing.
  • Clerk: authentication services.

5. Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@getvozai.com. If you delete your account, all associated call records and business data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

6. Caller Privacy

Callers to your VozAI number interact with an AI receptionist. Call transcripts are stored to provide you with call summaries. Caller phone numbers are visible in your dashboard. You are responsible for informing your callers about any recording or transcription in accordance with your local laws.
